Viltrum Apps Privacy Policy Last updated: June 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by Viltrum Apps LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). It describes how we handle your information when you use our apps. Where a specific app collects different information or uses different services, the differences are described in the "App-Specific Disclosures" section below.

  1. Information We Collect Depending on the app and how you use it, we may collect:

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and, optionally, a display name and a profile photo. App content: The content you create and store in the app, such as captions, boards, and photos. Where this content is stored — in our cloud, on your device, or both — is described in the "App-Specific Disclosures" section below. Subscription status: Whether you have an active subscription, managed through the app stores and our subscription provider. 2. How We Use Your Information We use your information to provide and improve our apps, including to sync your data across devices, process subscriptions, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not use your content to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, and we do not share it with third parties for that purpose.

  1. Third-Party Services Our apps rely on third-party services to function, such as for authentication, data storage, and subscription management. The specific services used by each app are listed in the "App-Specific Disclosures" section below. These providers process data on our behalf in accordance with their own privacy policies.

  2. Data Retention and Deletion We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Deleting your account removes your authentication record and the data associated with your account, including content stored in our cloud and any looks you have publicly shared. We cannot, however, recall copies of shared content that other people have already saved. Content stored only on your device remains there until you uninstall the app or clear its data.

  3. Children's Privacy Our apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from such children.

  4. Your California Privacy Rights California residents have the right to request access to or deletion of their personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

  5. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app.

  6. Contact If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us at contact@viltrumapps.com.

  7. App-Specific Disclosures Nail Vault Nail Vault collects the account information (email address and, optionally, a display name and profile photo), app content (the photos and captions you save and the boards you organize them into), and subscription status described above. Your captions and boards are stored in our cloud (Firebase) and synced to your account across your devices. Captions are freeform text and may include anything you type, such as a brand, color name, or salon detail.

Photos. Photos you add to a saved look stay on your device and are not uploaded to our servers — until you choose to share that look. When you share a look, its photo and caption are uploaded to our cloud storage and made available at a public link so the person you share with can view them. Anyone with that link can view the shared photo and caption for as long as your account exists; when you delete your account we remove the looks you shared, though we cannot recall copies that recipients have already saved. Sharing a board works differently: it creates an image on your device that is sent through your device's own share options and is not uploaded to our servers. The other photo we store in the cloud is the optional profile photo you set for your account.

Color detection. To pick the background tint for a saved look and to find similar shades already in your vault, the app analyzes your photo entirely on your device. These photos are not uploaded to us or to any third party for this purpose.

Third-party services used by Nail Vault:

Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, and storage (including profile photos and shared looks). RevenueCat — subscription management.
