Viltrum Apps Privacy Policy Last updated: May 31, 2026 This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by Viltrum Apps LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). It describes how we handle your information when you use our apps. Where a specific app collects different information or uses different services, the differences are described in the "App-Specific Disclosures" section below.

  1. Information We Collect Depending on the app and how you use it, we may collect: Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and, optionally, a display name and a profile photo. App content: The content you create and store in the app, such as colors, boards, notes, and photos. Subscription status: Whether you have an active subscription, managed through the app stores and our subscription provider.
  2. How We Use Your Information We use your information to provide and improve our apps, including to sync your data across devices, process subscriptions, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
  3. Third-Party Services Our apps rely on third-party services to function, such as for authentication, data storage, and subscription management. The specific services used by each app are listed in the "App-Specific Disclosures" section below. These providers process data on our behalf in accordance with their own privacy policies.
  4. Data Retention and Deletion We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Deleting your account removes your authentication record and the data associated with your account, including content stored in our cloud, except for any anonymized contributions to shared databases described in the App-Specific Disclosures, which remain in the shared database. Content stored only on your device remains there until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
  5. Children's Privacy Our apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from such children.
  6. Your California Privacy Rights California residents have the right to request access to or deletion of their personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
  7. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app.
