Viltrum Apps Terms of Use Last updated: June 25, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications published by Viltrum Apps LLC ("we," "us," or "our") (each, an "App"). By using an App, you agree to these Terms. Terms that apply only to a specific App, including its subscription pricing and features, are described in the "App-Specific Terms" section below.
Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use our Apps.
Your Account You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions Our Apps may offer optional paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through the app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play) and managed via RevenueCat. Payment is charged to your app store account. Current pricing is shown in the App before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless canceled; to avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial ends.
Your Content You retain ownership of the content you create. By using an App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content as needed to provide the App's features.
Acceptable Use You agree not to misuse our Apps, including by attempting to access them in unauthorized ways, interfering with their operation, or using them for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimers Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Color information, automated or AI-generated color matches, similar-shade suggestions, barcode results, and other data are approximate and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Do not rely on color information, color or shade matches, or barcode results for purchases, professional or cosmetic services, or any decision where exact color accuracy or reliability matters. Our Apps do not provide professional, medical, or cosmetic advice.
Artificial Intelligence and Automated Features Some features of our Apps use automated, algorithmic, machine-learning, or artificial-intelligence techniques. In Nail Vault, these include on-device color detection (choosing a background tint from your photo), finding similar shades already saved in your vault, automated color matching, and barcode reading. These features are provided for convenience only, generate approximate results, and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. You should not rely on them for purchases, professional or cosmetic services, or any decision requiring exact color accuracy or reliability.
Our Apps are also developed with the assistance of artificial-intelligence tools. Although we review our Apps before release, AI-assisted development may introduce errors or unexpected behavior, and the Apps are provided without warranty as set out in the Disclaimers section above.
We do not use Your Content to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, and we do not provide Your Content to any third party for that purpose.
Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viltrum Apps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Apps.
Apple-Specific Terms These Terms apply to your use of an App on Apple devices. You and Viltrum Apps LLC (not Apple) are solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, claims of non-conformity, or third-party intellectual property claims related to the App. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you as a user.
Data Loss We are not responsible for any loss of Your Content, including colors, photos, notes, or boards, whether due to device issues, sync errors, account deletion, or service interruption. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups where critical.
Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to an App if you violate these Terms.
Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use of the App after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of an App will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
